Description:
One district Director of Special Education, the Chair of the College Department of Special
Education, and Assistant Dean for Partnerships discussed the creation of a
consortium of West Valley schools entering into a formal partnership with the university to
collaborate on the seamless transition from student teaching to induction year to mentoring.
The requirements for the formalization of such an MOU-including matching funding were discussed.
A plan will be presented to their Advisory Council at the May meeting. |
