Description:
Sarup Mathur, Katie Sprouls, Shana Hornstein and Cris Barnett met to address the progress of
the project at Mesa Schools. Mesa reported on their superior teacher
retention rate. The doctorate students provided support opportunities at the professional
development meetings and trainings. The team addressed the layered system of mentor ship the
district has in place to meet the needs of teachers. The team addressed the goals of the project
and planned for continued collaboration for support. |
