Description:
Autism Team for Yuma Area presented background, indications, and strategies for students with
Autism. April 28 - met with a reading first school in area to observe
implementation of intervention program, Six Minute Solution. Debriefed with second grade
teacher. Discussed implementation of intervention into her classroom for the remainder of the
year and created a plan for grade level implementation and/or intervention implementation for
next year. April 30 - Observed Six Minute Solution intervention in second grade classroom.
Debriefed afternoon April 28 - Successful implementation. Some adjustments and rules were
discussed, interest and motivation were apparent. |
