Goal 2
|
Students with disabilities or at-risk for having a disability within
participating schools will receive scientifically-based reading
and math strategies to attain significant reading and math gains
over baseline level. Referrals
to special education will be reduced and accuracy of appropriate
identification of students for special education services will
improve.

- Training,
support, and resources from Reading/Math Specialists on
reading and math instructional strategies and interventions
within a three-tiered RTI framework
- Partnership
meeting with all schools three times a year
- Regional
meetings, as needed
- Individual
school focus and support for moving into model school status
- Processes
and procedures complete with evidence to show level of
implementation
